Call for Abstracts

Submissions Accepted:
November, 12, 2026 – February 17, 2027

NANS invites scientists, engineers, clinicians, patient advocates, ethicists, industry leaders, and others working across the field of neural interfaces to submit original research for Neural Interfaces 2027.

Share your work with a multidisciplinary community advancing neural interface and neuromodulation technologies. Accepted abstracts will be considered for Oral Presentations or Paper Poster Presentations and will undergo blind review based on scientific merit, originality, relevance, and overall quality.

About the Conference

Neural Interfaces is where clinicians, scientists, engineers, industry leaders, investors, and government stakeholders come together to explore the therapies, devices, and ideas shaping the future of neural technologies and brain-computer interfaces and neuroprosthetics. For more than 50 years, this conference has served as a catalyst for innovation and collaboration. First convened in 1970 as the NIH Neural Prosthesis Workshop, this conference has evolved into the premier biennial meeting dedicated to advancing neurotechnology, including brain-computer interfaces, and neuromodulation.
