Rob Binney is President and CEO of ShiraTronics, which is developing an implantable neuromodulation therapy for chronic migraine. In February 2026, its RELIEV-CM2 pivotal trial finished enrolling 300 patients at 28 sites. He has nearly 30 years of experience in medical devices and pharmaceuticals, across early-stage startups and Large Cap MedTech, representing more than $1.5B in aggregate transaction value. He previously led Alydia Health to its acquisition by Organon (NYSE: OGN) and grew Intersect ENT (Nasdaq: XENT) past $100M in annual sales before its acquisition by Medtronic (NYSE: MDT). He serves on the Board of Directors for Spirair, Inc. and Freyja Healthcare and holds a BA from UNC-Chapel Hill.
